What you will do
- Manage and enhance CRM and GTM tool stack, ensuring data quality and process scalability
- Design and optimize revenue funnel processes and sales enablement playbooks
- Develop and maintain reporting, forecasting, and KPI dashboards in collaboration with data and finance teams
- Lead operational cadence including forecasting, capacity planning, and quota management
- Define and evolve the RevOps roadmap and prepare to build a RevOps function
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years experience in revenue/sales operations in a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up
- Open to hybrid work model with presence in NYC office at least three days per week
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, sales funnels, and revenue models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Technical collaboration skills with knowledge of spreadsheets, analyses, and dashboards
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, SQL, and APIs
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce
