What you will do

• Advise engineering and IT teams on security best practices using a risk-based approach.
• Automate security controls and harden infrastructure including networks, VMs, containers, and cloud configurations.
• Organize and perform penetration testing and collaborate with external parties.
• Develop and implement company-wide security standards and automation tools.
• Mentor team members on security and infrastructure engineering topics.

Requirements

• Remote work: fully remote, global team
• Experience with Linux-based tech stacks, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, GitHub, GitLab, ArgoCD, and cloud platforms including Google Cloud.
• Strong communication skills to partner with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of blockchain technologies and related tooling is a plus.
• Contractor engagement via UK entity and third-party background check required
