What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and qualification alongside Account Executives to assess fit and map customer needs.
• Design tailored integration solutions and deliver compelling demos to technical and executive audiences.
• Own proof-of-concept scoping, setup, and troubleshooting to demonstrate value within timelines.
• Prepare technical responses for RFPs and security questionnaires highlighting compliance and differentiators.
• Coach sales teams on product nuances and create reusable demo assets and templates.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap and feature prioritization.

Requirements

• Location: Remote with presence in San Francisco
• 3-6 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or equivalent in API, B2B SaaS, or embedded platforms.
• Fluency with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth2/SAML, and at least one modern programming language (Node, Python, Go, Java).
• Ability to whiteboard complex architectures and communicate business value to engineers and executives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent proof-of-concepts in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong written and live demo presentation skills for RFPs and security questionnaires.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with low-code integration platforms, iPaaS, or workflow orchestration tools.
• Interest in Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
