What you will do

• Manage sandbox environments and automations to reduce downtime.
• Monitor vendor changelogs and maintain an integration coverage matrix.
• Research use-cases and produce integration briefs.
• Publish and update internal and customer-facing documentation.
• Improve internal scripts and dashboards as the company scales.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years in a technical operations or integrations role.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and JSON.
• Strong writing skills for creating clear documentation.
• Detail-oriented and systematic approach to work.
