What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and scale recruiting systems and team across multiple geographies.
  • Implement recruiting best practices, improve ATS workflows, and deliver interviewer training.
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies tailored to UK, Europe, and US markets.
  • Partner with founders, executives, and hiring managers to prioritize roles and define success profiles.
  • Drive a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
  • Build and amplify the employer brand to attract top talent in AI and SaaS domains.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition with leadership roles in high-growth startups or tech scale-ups.
  • Experience hiring across UK, Europe, and US with understanding of regional sourcing and compliance nuances.
  • Strong strategic and hands-on recruiting skills with ability to build scalable processes.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with founders and leadership teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling candidate narratives.
