What you will do

• Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to inform user-centered design solutions.

• Collaborate independently with developers and product managers to implement design solutions.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong understanding of design systems and ability to scale component libraries.
• Experience with UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Principle.
• Practical front-end development skills using React, HTML, and CSS for prototyping.
• Ability to lead the full user-centered design process from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-player mindset.
