What you will do
- Oversee the maintenance of the Account Master in Salesforce.com, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Manage validation and updates of account names and addresses
- Establish and maintain account hierarchy and coordinate account merge requests
- Supervise the assignment of sales designations and account segments
- Ensure accurate account ownership records and governance
- Develop reporting frameworks for sales leadership and field teams
Requirements
- 10+ years management experience in high tech industry/SaaS company
- Proven passion for data stewardship with experience governing large-scale datasets
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with Salesforce.com
- Ability to collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional partners
