Requirements

• Location: Ideally near Northamptonshire countryside (Wellingborough / Milton Keynes area)
• English: B2 level or higher
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong commercial mindset and client partnership skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid office/remote setup

Nice to have

• Experience with recruitment software and ATS systems
• Ability to work with commission-based compensation
