What you will do
- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting processes to support global hiring needs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and technical teams to translate business requirements into Workday solutions.
- Support recruiting-related integrations and troubleshoot issues with vendors and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain documentation including runbooks and process guides.
- Participate in testing and deployment of Recruiting enhancements and fixes.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in India, Haryana, Gurgaon
- 3+ years of experience working with Workday, focusing on Recruiting configuration and support.
- Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and implementing Recruiting functionality in Workday.
- Knowledge of Job Requisitions, Offer Processes, Candidate Management, Recruiting Business Processes, and related security.
- Familiarity with EIBs and basic integration concepts for Recruiting workflows.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
Nice to have
- Workday Pro certification in Recruiting.
- Experience with advanced Recruiting features such as Candidate Pools, Agency Management, and Offer Templates.
- Familiarity with Recruiting integrations (LinkedIn, Greenhouse, background check vendors).
- Exposure to Core HCM, Onboarding, and Talent modules for end-to-end hiring workflows.
- Ability to optimize recruiting processes for high-volume hiring and global scalability.
