• Work across the entire tech stack, collaborating on cloud and web solutions.
• Ensure quality and best practices for maintainable and scalable solutions.
• Participate in an agile environment focused on value-driven, collaborative workflows.
• Contribute to transforming hirify.global’s vision by working with digital platforms and products.

Requirements

• Remote-first mindset with possibility to work from global offices.
• Experience in software development in fast-paced, innovative, and complex environments.
• Proficiency with C#, .NET, SQL/Redis, OpenSearch, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, DDD, and DevOps/CI/CD.
• Good understanding of event-driven architecture and experience writing unit and integration tests.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, Golang, or other technologies.
