What you will do

• Drive hotel and partner participation in hirify.global marketing, create revenue opportunities, and deliver partner campaigns.
• Produce creative assets (videos, ads, collateral, etc.) and manage design processes.
• Develop and negotiate marketing proposals, manage finance processes, and track agreements.
• Cultivate strong relationships with hotels and internal teams for long-term retention.
• Use BI, D365, and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Support daily operations including incentives, communications, and trade shows.

Requirements

• Strong design skills and knowledge of WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite applications, importantly; Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.
• High level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Knowledge and understanding of systems: BI, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Dynamics 365.
• Creative and innovative outlook with acute attention to detail.
• Able to work autonomously and contribute effectively against objectives.
