What you will do

  • Own the overall relationship with Enterprise customers, ensuring they receive clear value from products and services.
  • Work closely with clients to adopt hirify.global technologies and achieve business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts, aiming to create hirify.global champions within each account.
  • Establish strategic plans and key performance indicators with clients.
  • Conduct regular account analysis to identify customer health risks and product expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in the customer lifecycle management tool.

Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management or related role in SAAS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills at operational and executive levels.
  • Proactive approach and accountability in work.
  • Goal-driven with a focus on achieving commercial targets.

Nice to have

  • Experience with social media monitoring providers.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Boolean logic and data analytics.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
