What you will do

• Own relationships with enterprise customers and act as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure customers adopt hirify.global technologies to meet business goals.
• Build executive sponsorship and active hirify.global champions within accounts.
• Establish strategic plans, goals, and KPIs with clients.
• Conduct account analysis to identify risks and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and customer lifecycle records.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• 3+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS or agency environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills at operational and executive levels.
• Proactive, goal-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with social media monitoring providers.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Boolean logic and data analytics.
• Experience with CRM and ticketing systems such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk, Zuora, and JIRA.
