The role

We are looking for a Rust Developer with a strong ownership mindset — someone who takes responsibility, makes decisions, follows priorities, and works independently. You’ll be a key contributor to the design and development of our backend trading systems, ensuring their performance, reliability, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop high-performance backend services in Rust and Python (3.8+);
2. Design and implement REST/HTTP APIs;
3. Build and maintain integrations with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, and Kafka;
4. Optimize algorithms and data structures for speed and low latency;
5. Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code;
6. Ensure reliability through automated testing (unit/integration);
7. Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions;

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in software development;
2. 3+ years of experience with Rust;
3. Proficiency in Python (3.8+) and backend logic design;
4. Experience developing high-load systems;
5. Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization;
6. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, Kafka in production;
7. Solid knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Git;
8. Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries;

Nice to Have:

1. Experience designing complex distributed systems;
2. Background in low-latency trading applications;
3. Hands-on experience with crypto exchanges ortrading bots development;
4. Knowledge of Django;
