What you will do

• Provide first-line support to clients, researchers, and participants, troubleshooting issues and delivering excellent service.
• Review and approve new research studies, checking screeners, incentives, and quotas.
• Conduct feasibility checks and suggest recruitment alternatives when needed.
• Monitor live projects and intervene early to keep studies on track.
• Engage niche audiences via social media platforms to support recruitment efforts.
• Ensure participant care and escalate welfare concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in tech or software companies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized multitasker comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs, spreadsheets, Slack, and Notion.
• Must be able to work onsite in Brisbane, Australia.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with UX research workflows or participant platforms.
