TL;DR

Location: Rochester, NY, USA, 100% onsite

Salary: $25/hour

What you will do

  • Resolve client payroll and HR system issues through phone, Zoom, and email interactions.
  • Maintain availability and manage workload to ensure timely and effective client support.
  • Collaborate with internal technical experts to provide optimal solutions.
  • Prioritize and meet performance metrics including first call resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Document issues and adhere to payroll policies while supporting clients.
  • Engage in continuous learning and complete assigned training.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite full-time in Rochester, NY.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in HCM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and follow up promptly.

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as CPP, FPC, APA, or SHRM-CP.
  • Experience in customer service, payroll, or call center environments.
