What you will do

• Report problems from customers, business owners, and data sources related to public transport and road incidents.
• Provide real-time reporting of transportation disruptions across cities and countries.
• Run tests and give feedback on new procedures, tools, and workflows.
• Perform validation calls when required.
• Use various online sources in multiple languages for research.

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish and English (at least B2)
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based schedule
• 0-2 years of work experience
• Good understanding of public transport systems
• Strong research and communication skills with attention to detail
• Incident management experience is a plus
