Technical Talent Sourcer

Role: Technical Talent Sourcer
Location: Yerevan, Armenia (Hybrid mode with 3 days in-office requirement) / We also help with relocation to AM

 Key responsibilities:
 - Find potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github, stackoverflow etc)
 - Conduct market researches, build profile intelligence, expand and maintain talent network
 - Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
 - Attract and keep ongoing communication with current and past candidates
 - Craft and send customized reach-outs depending on one's profile nuances
 - Keep track of measurements - responded, rejected, converted into active candidates etc
 - Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System, sheets, other tools)
 
 Basic Requirements:
 - High interest for Science and Technology
 - Strong analytics skills
 - Solid verbal and written communication skills
 - Verbal & written ENG in full-working-proficiency level (Russian will be viewed as a huge plus)
 - Sourcing skills to identify the best match for given roles
 - Ability to work in rapidly changing environment
