Senior Gameplay Programmer

What you will do

• Participate in prototyping and designing systemic gameplay.
• Implement and maintain data-driven and hybrid gameplay systems.
• Design tools and automation pipelines.
• Write clear, maintainable, and portable code.
• Perform load and feature testing, develop test frameworks and profiling processes.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor other team members.

Requirements

• Excellent English proficiency.
• Solid C/C++ programming skills with knowledge of object-oriented development and entity component systems.
• Proficiency with source control, debuggers, profilers, and other development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and math skills.
• Comfortable working closely with an agile multidisciplinary team.
• Autonomous and resourceful with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of professional gameplay programming experience.
• Strong understanding of data-driven paradigms and implementations.
• Experience with ECS engines and hybrid engines (Unity DOTS, Unreal Mass AI).
• Experience with physics and animation programming.
• Prior tools programming experience with credits on a shipped title.
• Experience with several AAA game engines such as Unreal Engine.
