Salary: $104,900 - $209,070 annually depending on location and experience

What you will do

• Develop and apply AI technologies including computer vision, deep learning, and reinforcement learning for signal processing challenges.
• Engage in all phases of system development lifecycle from requirements to flight test.
• Lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deploy AI solutions.
• Prepare proposals and whitepapers to secure AI research funding.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must have a Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
• 5+ years experience in AI or related field
• Proficiency in C++ or Python programming languages.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as JAX, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience in reinforcement learning and signal processing applications.
• Work location flexibility with hybrid onsite presence at specified US locations and part-time remote work

Nice to have

• Experience with software architecture and government simulation/network interfaces.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of MLOps pipelines and modern machine learning techniques.
