About this Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on marketer who will build and optimize marketing processes, drive lead generation, and shape the company’s brand messaging. You’ll have ownership, freedom to test ideas, and work closely with leadership to make a real impact 🚀
Requirements:
🔸 Around 5 years of marketing experience
🔸 1+ year in IT outsourcing or software development company
🔸 Understanding of B2B lead generation funnels
🔸 Experience with Google Ads, GA4, SEO fundamentals
🔸 Website management (Webflow or similar CMS)
🔸 Working with freelancers (copywriters, designers)
🔸 Excellent English (C1+)
Responsibilities:
📌 Maintain and optimize website content & structure
📌 Review and edit marketing materials
📌 Coordinate design production and ensure brand consistency
📌 Research industries, competitors & trends
📌 Manage retargeting and lead generation campaigns
📌 Plan and launch paid campaigns (Google/Bing Ads)
📌 Support SEO & content initiatives
📌 Collaborate with Head of Sales & Marketing on messaging and positioning
