hirify.global is a financial operations platform leveraging AI to optimize corporate payments, cards, procurement, and bookkeeping for over 45,000 businesses.

What you will do

  • Lead administration of U.S. and global benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and perks.
  • Manage leaves of absence end-to-end ensuring compliance and empathetic employee experiences.
  • Oversee vendor management to maintain strong partnerships and service quality.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance through filings and required testing (e.g., ACA, ERISA).
  • Maintain and optimize benefits technology and system integrations.
  • Lead benefits renewals, plan design, open enrollment, and contribute to global benefits expansion.

Requirements

  • Must have 4+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration.
  • Deep knowledge of benefits compliance laws (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA).
  • Experience managing vendor relationships at scale.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process improvement focus.
  • Excellent communication and employee relations skills with an empathetic approach.

  • Familiarity with global expansion and international benefits design.
