What you will do

• Lead and mentor testing teams for functional, regression, automation, and non-functional testing of large Temenos T24 projects in Private Banking.
• Plan and execute test design, data management, environment planning, automation, regression, defect management, and test closure.
• Review business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope, and plan.
• Collaborate with various teams to achieve project goals and drive defect management.
• Proactively raise issues, risks, and recommend optimal solutions.
• Work with BA and development teams to improve upstream software quality.

Requirements

• Experience in testing roles for Temenos T24 projects, preferably in Private Banking domain.
• Good knowledge of Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Structured Products, Accounting, Pricing, Portfolio Management, Forex, Treasury, Lending domains.
• Excellent knowledge of T24 modules, integration, COB testing, client output, SWIFT message testing, and regulatory reports.
• Expertise in financial accounting for all asset types.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFE.
• Understanding of Java, automation tools (Selenium), and DevOps concepts is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
