Location: Oklahoma City, OK, US with relocation eligible within the US

What you will do

  • Lead major water and wastewater projects from planning through construction, managing schedules, budgets, and large interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide technical solutions focused on water supply intakes, pump stations, pipelines, tunnels, and wastewater systems.
  • Advise clients on processes, organization, and project delivery alternatives.
  • Support risk-based assessments and capital improvement program prioritization.
  • Lead marketing, business development, and client relationship efforts in Oklahoma.
  • Mentor professionals and assist in recruiting high-quality candidates.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to the US (Oklahoma City preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma.
  • 15+ years of relevant water engineering experience including infrastructure planning, asset management, and construction.
  • Experience managing large water and wastewater programs and knowledge of permitting and funding mechanisms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing roles.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.
