What you will do
- Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud features using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Implement automation with Process Builder, Flow, and AI-driven tools to streamline customer service workflows.
- Enhance digital self-help options such as knowledge bases and chatbots.
- Integrate Salesforce with backend, frontend, and other systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, and applied scientists.
- Work in an agile environment and focus on continuous learning and growth.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is required.
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience, including Service Cloud and large-scale implementations.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of customer care operations and CRM business processes.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, performance optimization, and security models.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
