What you will do

  • Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud features using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Implement automation with Process Builder, Flow, and AI-driven tools to streamline customer service workflows.
  • Enhance digital self-help options such as knowledge bases and chatbots.
  • Integrate Salesforce with backend, frontend, and other systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, and applied scientists.
  • Work in an agile environment and focus on continuous learning and growth.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience, including Service Cloud and large-scale implementations.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer care operations and CRM business processes.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, performance optimization, and security models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
