Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Finland.
• 6+ years of experience as a 3D artist with a strong portfolio.
• Experience with stylized characters optimized for mobile performance.
• Experience managing external studios or contractors.
• Excellent proficiency in Maya and pipeline management.
• Strong communication skills for delivering creative feedback.
