Location: Hybrid role based in Espoo, Stockholm, or Barcelona with regular onsite presence required. Relocation support provided for candidates outside Finland, Sweden, or Spain.

What you will do

• Drive a prioritized roadmap of AI projects from exploration to productization across new and live games.
• Refine and execute Rovio’s long-term AI strategy, identifying key opportunities and investments.
• Lead AI initiatives collaborating with domain experts and AI Champions across multiple departments.
• Manage and mentor a specialized AI team with direct and dotted-line reports.
• Explore and apply emerging AI technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with SEGA of Europe and Japan to leverage Gen-AI work.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Finland, Sweden, or Spain.
• Visionary with deep understanding of AI potential in mobile gaming.
• Proven leadership in game development teams and cross-functional projects.
• Strong AI background with ability to translate to gaming context.
• Experience managing teams and engaging senior management.
• Proactive, autonomous, and passionate about AI.
