What you will do

• Craft user experience through collaborative teamwork by defining end-to-end user experiences and working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Identify user needs and define problems by collecting and prioritizing user feedback within your product area.
• Lead UI/UX specification by creating sketches, wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to facilitate rapid iteration and clear development specifications.
• Communicate and present ideas effectively to technology and commercial stakeholders.
• Champion user experience and design culture by advocating best practices and helping build design systems across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of product design experience with a demonstrated track record in SaaS products.
• Highly driven and proactive with a passion for product design and innovation.
• Proficient with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, Jira, and Notion.
• Strong analytical and intuitive thinking to solve ambiguous design problems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills to engage multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to New York.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
