TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Sales): Generating new business opportunities through personalized outreach and strategic prospecting, identifying key decision-makers and building relationships with prospective customers. Focus on conducting account research and partnering with account executives to book introductory meetings with hirify.global.

Location: Hybrid in New York or Denver office.

Salary: $65,000 plus expected commission of $20,000.

What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities through thoughtful and personalized outreach.
  • Conduct strategic, outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct account research, identify key decision-makers, and build relationships with prospects.
  • Partner with account executives and cross-functional teams to identify new pipeline opportunities and book introductory meetings with hirify.global.
  • Become a subject matter expert on hirify.global’s platform and the digital analytics space.

Requirements

  • 6+ months experience in sales or relevant field
  • SaaS experience - advantage
  • Strong customer-facing skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, customer-centric
  • Grit and perseverance
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Great attitude and comfortable operating with autonomy
  • Ability to take and implement feedback
  • Track record of achieving sales metrics and necessary work ethic and attitude to achieve quota attainment, consistently
