What you will do

• Work closely with cross-functional teams on go-to-market and growth strategies for different features and product areas.
• Drive marketing plans and campaigns across sales, success, and acquisitions.
• Report on Product Marketing initiatives performance, being accountable for results and impact.
• Identify key growth drivers and blockers, and generate actionable user insights through quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Manage more junior team members, being responsible for their output and career development.

Requirements

• Experience collaborating with product managers in shaping new features and launching these to market.
• Experience in e-commerce.
• Strong project management skills.
• Problem-solving and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently, having a proactive approach with a get-things-done attitude.
• Being comfortable with remote work setup and async collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with user research.
• +4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or related field within a software company.
• Good understanding of marketing performance indicators.
