What you will do

• Lead end-to-end mobile product design for iOS and Android apps across two B2B SaaS platforms.
• Advocate for mobile UX and UI across the design team.
• Translate business goals into user-centered mobile solutions, collaborating with Android, iOS, and Backend Developers.
• Drive Discovery and validation research to ensure mobile experiences are intuitive and inclusive.
• Contribute to and evolve the Design System, owning the mobile theme.
• Mentor other designers on mobile-specific design principles, tools, and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing mobile applications in B2B SaaS or complex product environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end mobile product design and strong UI/UX for both iOS and Android.
• Mastery of Figma (or equivalent) for designing, prototyping, and collaborating.
• In-depth understanding of platform-specific guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines) and mobile usability standards.
• Experience contributing to design systems, particularly for mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
