What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts totaling $5M+ in annual revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for increased revenue and product adoption.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics against revenue targets.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management.
  • Drive new opportunities within franchise-based clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of print-on-demand industry preferred.
