Location: Hybrid (3 days in Toronto office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to identify new expansion opportunities.
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities, focusing on cross-selling and up-selling hirify.global products.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with clients, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable advisor.
  • Run client meetings and quarterly business reviews to drive value.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Achieve gross expansion and Net Revenue Retention targets.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS go-to-market environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience using customer insights.
  • Strong understanding of sales best practices.
  • Fluency in English is required.
