What you will do
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to identify new expansion opportunities.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities, focusing on cross-selling and up-selling products.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with clients, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable advisor.
- Run client meetings and quarterly business reviews to drive value.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage your sales pipeline.
- Achieve gross expansion and Net Revenue Retention targets.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS go-to-market environment.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using customer insights.
- Strong understanding of sales best practices.
- Fluency in English is required.
