What you will do

  • Lead discussions within technical teams to define project requirements and milestones.
  • Evaluate project feasibility and provide feedback to engineers.
  • Identify technical challenges and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Establish project management best practices within a PMO framework.
  • Design dashboards to track project progress and performance.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
  • 2+ years leading software or hardware development projects.
  • Experience within a Project Management Office (PMO) framework.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp or Jira.
  • Technical background in engineering or computer science.
