Enterprise Channel Account Manager (Fintech): Owns revenue growth across an active portfolio of enterprise channel partners, expanding revenue, increasing TVL, and growing product adoption beyond staking. Focus on stakeholder mapping, executive access, and multi-threading to product, ops, legal and compliance, and finance.
Location: Must be based in the US

Company is the largest institutional staking provider with a TVL of over $10B and a market share exceeding 20% in restaking.
What you will do
- Take ownership of newly activated accounts post-integration and drive activation, adoption, and expansion playbooks.
- Increase TVL under management and multi-product attach rate, identifying new networks and services for each client.
- Build and execute account growth plans, including stakeholder mapping and executive access.
- Run regular business reviews, align on joint roadmaps, and negotiate expansions and renewals.
- Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with product, engineering, BD, marketing, and compliance.
- Maintain forecasting and reporting in HubSpot.
Requirements
- 4 to 7+ years in B2B channel partnership management, channel sales management, or enterprise account management for infrastructure, fintech, or crypto.
- Proven success growing revenue in an assigned book of business.
- Comfortable with long, multi-stakeholder cycles and regulated environments.
- Working knowledge of crypto infrastructure and staking concepts.
- Executive presence and strong relationship skills.
- U.S. work authorization and excellent written and verbal communication.
Nice to have
- Existing connections across U.S. tier-1 crypto intermediaries.
- Experience with co-marketing programs, MDF planning, and joint launches.
- Familiarity with usage-based pricing, TVL-linked commercials, and enterprise service agreements.
