What you will do
- Implement and maintain UI/UX systems and assets across multiple projects in Unreal Engine 5.
- Ensure technical and artistic consistency of all user interface elements.
- Collaborate with design and tech teams to improve workflows and develop reusable tools.
- Create and maintain UI pipelines, templates, and documentation.
- Support and train Junior and Regular team members to strengthen departmental expertise.
- Participate in reviews, retrospectives, and workshops to improve cross-project collaboration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in game development, including significant experience with UI/UX systems in Unreal Engine.
- Proven expertise in UMG, Slate, Blueprints, and Material/Shader setup for user interfaces.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, interactivity, and player usability.
- Strong technical knowledge of performance optimization, UI scalability, and cross-platform implementation.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
