What you will do

• Support Producers in building and maintaining project schedules and milestone deliverables.
• Track progress toward short-term and long-term goals, escalating risks, and proposing solutions.
• Coordinate across PODs to manage shared resources, cross-team dependencies, and milestone commitments.
• Act as a central point of contact for day-to-day communication between disciplines.
• Own and maintain Jira project tracking, ensuring consistency and effective usage across the team.
• Assist with management, tracking, and approvals of licensed assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s level degree or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of progressively complex related experience.
• Knowledge of the game development life cycle, theory, and technology.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Excel).
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
