Affiliate & Media Buying Manager
Location: Limassol, Cyprus / Remote

We’re scaling rapidly across global markets and looking for a data-driven and creative Affiliate & Media Buying Manager to lead our performance growth across both mainstream and adult traffic channels.
This hybrid role combines affiliate management and media buying, blending analytical precision with creativity and AI-driven experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with affiliate networks, media buyers, and direct partners.
- Launch and optimize campaigns across key traffic ecosystems:
- Mainstream: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, native, and push networks.
- Adult: TrafficStars, ExoClick, JuicyAds, TrafficJunky, and similar.
- Analyze and optimize performance KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROI, ARPPU, LTV) for profitability and scaling.
- Negotiate custom revshare, CPA and Hybrid deals, test budgets, and payout tiers with top affiliates.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve landing pages, ad funnels, and conversion rates.
- Experiment with AI-powered creative generation tools — ElevenLabs, CapCut, Higgsfield, Veo 3, Nono Banana, Sora 2 — to accelerate ad production and discover new ad angles.
- A/B test ad concepts, UGC content, and creative variations across platforms.
- Work with analytics and backend teams on tracking, postback setup, attribution, and fraud prevention.
- Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and scaling recommendations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or media buying, ideally within AI, dating, entertainment, or subscription products.
- Proven track record with mainstream and adult traffic sources (Meta, Google, TikTok, TrafficStars, ExoClick, etc.).
- Proficiency with tracking systems (Voluum, Google Analytics, Amplitude) and postback integrations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced English
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with UGC ad production, short-form video editing, or creative direction.
- Familiarity with AI-driven ad testing and automation workflows.
- Understanding of lifecycle marketing, CRM funnels, and retention analytics.
- Background in CRO and creative strategy for subscription or freemium models.
