What you will do

  • Own a book of business for strategic customers.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and effective adoption of hirify.global.
  • Run kick-off calls, QBRs, and renewals.
  • Build and optimize playbooks and workflows for customer engagement.
  • Drive expansion and renewal opportunities through upsells and cross-sells.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Customer Success experience: Proven track record in managing customer relationships.
  • Technical ability: Experience with workflow automation tools.
  • Commercial acumen: Experience in driving revenue growth.
  • Strong soft skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in process design and automation.
  • Technical background in a related field.
  • Experience working with large SaaS customers.
