What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of developers and QA engineers.
• Develop and maintain back-end services with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build and optimize mobile-first web apps using TypeScript, React, and JSX.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services across the full SDLC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Ensure high standards of performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience.
• 2+ years of proven experience in leading and managing a development team.
• Strong back-end programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
• Solid knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

Nice to have

• Previous tech lead experience.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and AWS services (RDS, DynamoDB, ECS, Fargate).
• Familiarity with microservices (Node.js, Lambda) and containerization (Docker, Vagrant).
• Background working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
