What you will do

• Lead AML-related technology projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery across scope, budget, and timelines.
• Oversee AML initiatives such as platform upgrades, software replacement, and regulatory-driven enhancements.
• Drive migration of on-premises AML platforms to cloud environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Communicate with confidence and clarity to move projects forward in a complex stakeholder environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in project management, ideally within Canadian banking.
• Strong knowledge of AML, including large transaction and suspicious transaction screening.
• Experience with technology upgrades, vendor integrations, and AML-related platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident, self-starting personality — able to take initiative while remaining collaborative.
