What you will do

• Familiarize yourself with the scope, content, and boundaries of allocated systems for pharmaceutical projects.
• Prepare turnover dossiers, ensuring master drawings and documents are available and scope is allocated to contractors and vendors.
• Liaise with the Turnover Manager and Construction Planner to review, update, and communicate the status of allocated systems.
• Attend walk-down inspections with contractors, commissioning teams, and end-users to verify system build completion.
• Assist in recording all punch lists and expedite their closure with contractors.
• Assist in compiling turnover dossiers, agreeing sign-off, and turnover to the commissioning team.

Requirements

• 3 years of site-based experience is desirable.
• Degree or Trades education is desirable.
• Multi-sectoral experience is desirable.
• Previous turnover experience is desirable.
