Sr. Project Manager

TL;DR

Sr. Project Manager: Strategic partner within the Professional Services team, bringing structure, clarity, and courage to complex customer engagements. Focus on facilitating conversations, navigating complexity, and contributing to practice evolution to deliver transformational services at scale.

What you will do

• Facilitate key customer and internal conversations to uncover opportunities and clarify desired outcomes.
• Spot dependencies, surface risks early, and help stakeholders make smart trade-offs.
• Orchestrate across Delivery Architects, Professional Services colleagues, Product Managers, Sales, and Partners.
• Protect the team’s delivery conditions by buffering executive pressures and corporate processes.
• Create clarity by distilling complexity into clear, actionable next steps.
• Capture patterns, codify frameworks, and shape how hirify.global delivers transformational services at scale.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex technology initiatives in cloud and/or security domains (typically 5–10+ years in IT delivery, consulting, or program leadership).
• A track record of guiding organizations through ambiguous transformations.
• Demonstrated success in facilitating critical conversations with executives, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience orchestrating across diverse stakeholders to drive cohesive outcomes.
• Examples of bringing a product mindset into delivery work, connecting execution to long-term customer and business value.

• Experience designing or evolving delivery frameworks in cloud or security environments.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification a plus.
• Cloud provider associate/expert-level certification(s).
• Fluent in German language.
