What you will do

• Design and construct hirify.global’s data modeling processes.
• Create algorithms and predictive models to extract information required to solve complex business problems.
• Generate queries from hirify.global’s Big Data Infrastructure.
• Use Machine Learning packages to develop models and features.
• Test the performance of data-driven products and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to gather requirements.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
• Understanding of machine learning and operations research.
• Thorough knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL).
• Experience with Big Data tools (e.g. Google BigQuery).
• Experience using/building business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau).
• High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
