Virtuos Labs – Warsaw, established in 2023, focuses on advanced R&D and optimization for AAA productions. We are seeking a skilled Core Engine/C++ Optimization Engineer to join our team and push the boundaries of game performance and multithreading within Unreal Engine 5.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Profile and optimize CPU code for maximum performance and stability
• Develop new multithreading solutions to enhance Unreal Engine 5 performance
• Collaborate with engineers and technical artists to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks

📚 Required Skills
• Strong experience in C++ programming
• Proven experience with multithreading development
• Hands-on Unreal Engine experience
• Proficiency in profiling and optimization using tools such as VTune or console profilers

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience shipping AAA titles
• Strong knowledge of console platforms and performance constraints
• Experience with CPU/GPU crash dump analysis
