What you will do

• Analyze business performance and uncover insights that drive decisions across Product, Strategy, and Business teams
• Use tools like Python and SQL to explore large datasets, identify patterns, and answer complex business questions
• Build lightweight machine learning models or statistical analyses to support deeper understanding of user behavior, revenue trends, or growth drivers
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities
• Create reusable analytical frameworks and scripts for common use cases
• Clearly communicate findings through written summaries, presentations, or visualizations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5–8 years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries across large, relational datasets
• Strong hands-on experience using Python for data analysis, visualization, and light machine learning
• Statistical Skills: Working knowledge of experimental design, A/B testing, regression, and other statistical techniques
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
