• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches and processes related to Systems Engineering.
• Serve as the MBSE representative to governance boards and committees.
• Partner with stakeholders to address challenges in MBSE adoption.
• Lead the team responsible for monitoring MBSE Help Desk Tickets.
• Promote employee recognition and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 9 or more years of related work experience.
• Experience leading projects across multiple organizations.
• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering and MBSE methodology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
