 💡 A growing digital health & wellness company is looking for a Product Designer (Growth & Monetization) to accelerate revenue growth through fast, high-impact experiments across web funnels, paywalls, and onboarding flows.
 
 The designer will work on monetization experiences with a strong focus on speed, clarity, and reusability. The role requires a systems mindset, clean Figma workflows, and smart use of AI tools to move faster. The position is within a small, cross-functional team where designers are involved early and have a direct impact on product and business outcomes.
 
 The company builds AI-powered products that help people take better care of their health through personalized, efficient, and enjoyable tools. Since launch, the products have reached millions of installs, hundreds of thousands of subscribers, and significant global sales.
 
 
 What you will do:
 
 - Design and iterate on web funnels, paywalls, onboarding flows, and pricing screens to drive acquisition, activation, and monetization.
 - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data to define, launch, and analyze A/B experiments with measurable business outcomes.
 - Build clean, reusable, and scalable Figma components that accelerate the design and implementation of experiments.
 - Use AI tools to speed up ideation, research, and execution.
 - Analyze user behavior and product data to generate insights and identify growth opportunities.
 - Conduct user research when needed to better understand motivations, objections, and key moments in the user journey.
 - Contribute to a fast-moving, cross-functional team where designers are empowered to own problems end-to-end — and have fun shipping fast 🚀.
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 - Growth-focused UX design: 4+ years of experience designing digital products with a strong focus on user acquisition, onboarding, and monetization flows.
 - Experimentation & A/B testing: Hands-on experience designing for A/B tests and growth experiments; comfortable iterating quickly based on data and feedback.
 - Systematic Figma workflow: Proficiency with Figma’s advanced features (auto layout, variants, component properties, variables) and ability to maintain scalable, reusable design systems.
 - AI-augmented workflow: Practical use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, MidJourney, diagramming/prototyping assistants) to boost speed, creativity, and experimentation throughput.
 - Collaboration & ownership: Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving cross-functional team with product, engineering, and analytics.
 - English proficiency: B2 level or higher.
