• Manage populations and funnels by matching the right player segments with existing tools and development requests
• Own the daily and monthly monetization calendar
• Direct cross-functional teams to deliver the right features, offers, art, and messaging
• Lead change in how the team thinks about guiding players
• Collaborate with marketing, community, and CRM for unified player communication

Requirements

• Experience leading monetization or LiveOps in free-to-play mobile games
• Strong strategic and operational mindset
