What you will do

  • Develop and implement a globally consistent technology sales strategy aligned with hirify.global's GTM strategy and revenue goals.
  • Build, develop, and lead a sustainable, high-performing global Technology Sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence.
  • Ensure the Technology Sales team acts as trusted advisors, translating complex technical solutions into business value.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in solution architecture, technical discovery, and value-based selling.
  • Cultivate a high standard of technical expertise and lead with deep knowledge of hirify.global's portfolio and industry trends.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between CRO / Technology Sales and other critical customer facing functions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in technology sales, solution architecture, or a related technical field.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software, open source technologies, cloud, containerization, and DevOps principles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales and GTM plans, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational development skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global technologies or similar open source solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale).
  • Advanced technical certifications (e.g., Linux, Kubernetes and cloud provider certifications).
