What you will do
- Develop and implement a globally consistent technology sales strategy aligned with 's GTM strategy and revenue goals.
- Build, develop, and lead a sustainable, high-performing global Technology Sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence.
- Ensure the Technology Sales team acts as trusted advisors, translating complex technical solutions into business value.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in solution architecture, technical discovery, and value-based selling.
- Cultivate a high standard of technical expertise and lead with deep knowledge of 's portfolio and industry trends.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between CRO / Technology Sales and other critical customer facing functions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership experience in technology sales, solution architecture, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software, open source technologies, cloud, containerization, and DevOps principles.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales and GTM plans, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational development skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with technologies or similar open source solutions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale).
- Advanced technical certifications (e.g., Linux, Kubernetes and cloud provider certifications).
